We focus exclusively on forged steel crankshafts. For the D13D model, raw 42CrMo steel is forged under high pressure to refine the grain flow. After forging, the crankshaft goes through a series of treatments-tempering, induction hardening, and precision grinding. Each step is completed in-house using advanced CNC equipment, ensuring consistency across batches.For this VOLVO D13D crankshaft, we can provide fitment gears and take care of the installation.

More than 30 inspection procedures are applied before delivery, including:

• Ultrasonic & magnetic particle testing – detecting hidden cracks and inclusions
• Hardness inspection – confirming a hardened layer depth of approx. 3–5 mm
• Dimensional accuracy checks – keeping journals within strict tolerance
• Dynamic balancing – residual imbalance ≤10 g·cm/kg, reducing vibration

Inspection records are archived for traceability. Independent third-party reports are also available if required.

Packaging: Standard export plywood or raw wood, anti-rust coating, and plastic protection caps.

(Plywood is used by default. raw wood is available at an additional cost.)

Delivery: Stock models usually ship within 72 hours. For larger or custom orders, lead time is scheduled in advance.
