· High-Strength Plywood Box Structure: Our wooden boxes are constructed from 12mm-15mm thick high-quality multi-layer plywood, dried and antiseptic treated. Metal or wooden reinforcement ribs are added at box corners, with critical stress points reinforced using mortise and tenon joints or steel strapping, ensuring the box can withstand several tons of stacking pressure. The box exterior bears no company logo, featuring a neutral design that fully respects customer brand preferences.

The inner walls of the box are lined with moisture barrier film, and a sufficient quantity of silica gel desiccant is placed at the bottom. These measures collectively form a "moisture barrier," keeping the crankshaft surface bright and like new even after weeks of sailing through high-humidity equatorial waters.
· Clear Operational Markings: Internationally recognized transport symbols such as "This Side Up," "Fragile," "Lift Here," and "Center of Gravity" are affixed to the box exterior. Step-by-step unpacking diagrams are also attached, guiding customers to safely and quickly remove the crankshaft.
In the video, one DAEWOO D2366 crankshaft and one DAEWOO DE12 crankshaft are sequentially boxed, secured, moisture-protected, and sealed. Packaging workers meticulously inspect every detail, ensuring no oversight. After sealing, the wooden boxes are smoothly moved by forklift into the finished goods warehouse, awaiting shipment worldwide.
